Hunting and fishing

Kynnefjäll has a very rich wildlife and has arranged fishing and recurring hunting for both companies and private individuals since 1995. During these years we have worked with both experienced people and beginners.

We have almost 2000 hectares available for hunting, which means that we have great opportunities to adapt the hunt to your wishes. The rounding of the grounds makes it possible for the disabled to participate in the hunt.

We who work and operate at KynnefjällsNatur have always lived with and in nature and what it has to offer. We have also always had a firm attitude about sustainability, that nature must be nurtured and taken care of for the sake of animal life, the climate and for our future generations.

Moose hunting

Kynnefjäll is a moose-dense area.
You participate in hunting with loose dogs in a group of about 8 people.

Deer hunting

The deer hunt is carried out both as a hunt, as well as with a pushing/driving dog. Each group is assigned a number of game that is allowed to trap.

Beaver hunting

The distribution of beavers in our waters is increasing, so the possibilities for observations and hunting luck are great.

Badger and fox hunting

There are badgers and foxes on the grounds.
This hunting is free of charge when you stay with us with B&B in our rooms or in one of our cottages.

Fishing

On Kynnefjäll there are a number of lakes and waterways in a calm and peaceful environment. The fish-rich waters contain many different species of fish. In some of the mountain lakes there are also local trout.
