Etapp 18-20 g\u00e5r \u00f6ver Kynnefj\u00e4ll.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Kynnefj\u00e4lls h\u00f6gsta punkt, Vaktarekullen d\u00e4r etapp 19 slutar, reser sig 207 meter \u00f6ver havet.
